Sebastian Sandwich Shack & Grill is Family Owned and Operated. We believe the best food is made with care, which is why everything we serve is house-made, right down to brewing our own Iced Teas.
In our quest to provide the best of the best, some of our favorite recipes have ended up being the ones we’ve adopted over the years. Many crowd-favorite restaurants, delis and diners have generously shared their well-guarded secrets with us — something we happily pay forward by serving them to you!
Naturally, we’ve added a few touches of our own, and even borrowed a trick or two from Grandma and Mom. Every recipe is one we’re proud of—and every dish, one we’re excited to cook for you.
